Touchscreen Troubleshooting

Please make sure:

  1. The USB cable is connected and secure between the PC and Monitor.
  2. OS is Windows XP or above.
  3. Please call or email your EC Line Distributor / representative for assistance.

  1. Make sure that the touch screen glass is clean and free of dirt as this can cause malfunction.

Make sure that the touch screen glass is clean and free of dirt as this can cause malfunctioning.

  1. First install the ELO touch utility.
  2. Then go to the control panel in and select "ELO".
  3. Click on "Align" and follow the prompts on the screen to adjust the cursor alignment.
  4. When finished, ensure that the cursor now tracks touch input on the monitor. If it does not, repeat the alignment process.
